Out of all this lovely research and thinking comes a creative strategy and set of tactics to answer you brief and thrill you all at the same time.

 

After going through the discovery process we define the project KPIs and ROI, we also set the project limitations and risks. We then come up with a solution sketch, draft feature set and project scope. Also we do the creative brief incorporating the brand attributes and persona, define the site maps and navigation, user profiles and journeys, cross functional process flows, data flows …oh you get the picture lots of documentation and planning that ensures your project stays on track through out.

 

Then we get down to designing what ever it is we’ve come up with, that could be designing the look and feel, designing the interface, designing the application architecture, storyboarding or any of the 101 bits of design that go into any project.

 

 

Once all the design is done we get down to making it; coding, filming, animating, writing, editing, re-writing, more coding, cup of tea, more coding, sound design, 3D animation, basically whatever it takes to make the plan into a living breathing thing.

Throughout the development we constantly track and re-evaluate progress to ensure the project is going to deliver to both business objectives and customer needs.

 

Finally we build our “test” environment and conduct our quality assurance tests and user acceptance tests. Then the best bit ‘launch day’. Then it’s back to work collecting analytics, measuring success and tweaking to ensure optimum performance and ROI.
